Dear Brother,
I hope you are well. I have recently come to know that you are spending too much time on social media. It really made me worried, so I am writing this letter to advise you sincerely.
Social media can be useful if we use it properly, but excessive use has many harmful effects. First of all, it wastes a lot of valuable time which you could use for your studies or other productive activities. As a student, this is the most important time of your life. If you lose concentration now, it may affect your future seriously. Moreover, too much use of social media can create addiction. It can also harm your mental health by causing anxiety, distraction, and lack of focus.

Another serious problem is that social media often spreads false and misleading information. It may influence you in a negative way and keep you away from reality. Besides, spending long hours on mobile or computer is also harmful to your physical health, especially your eyes and sleep.

So, I strongly advise you to use social media only when it is necessary and for a limited time. Try to follow a routine, give more attention to your studies, and engage yourself in reading books or doing creative work.
