Early Marriage

Early marriage means getting married at a young age, especially before the age of 18. In Bangladesh, many girls are married early. It is a big problem in our country. Sometimes parents think early marriage will make their daughters safe. But it is not true. Early marriage can harm girls in many ways. They have to stop going to school. They do not get the chance to study or play. They are not ready to take care of a family. Many girls become sick because their bodies are not strong enough to have babies. Early marriage also makes their life unhappy. They cannot enjoy their childhood. It also affects their future. Many early married girls live in poverty and sadness. Boys also suffer from early marriage. They have to earn money at a young age. This is not good for their future. To stop early marriage, we must raise awareness. Parents should understand the bad effects of early marriage. Girls and boys should go to school and complete their education. The government should take steps to stop early marriage. Together we can make a better future for all children.
