Dear Sir,

With due respect, we would like to inform you that due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the government has declared a lockdown all over the country. So, the working class poor people cannot go out to work. Most of them live from hand to mouth. They have to starve without work. The government is giving relief but not sufficient for the needy people. We, the students of your college want to help the people that is why we want to raise a fund. For this, we need your permission to form a committee to raise funds.

 

We, therefore, pray and hope you would be kind enough to grant our application and take the necessary steps so that we can raise funds for the poor during the lockdown and oblige thereby.
